Public Road Transport Services – Provision Of Transport Services In The Public Interest In National Regular City Bus Transport In The Territory Of The City Of Nové Zámky. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Public Interest In National Regular City Bus Transport In The Territory Of The City Of Nové Zámky (Hereinafter Referred To As Mad). The Procured Services Are In Accordance With Regulation Of The European Parliament And Council (Ec) No. 1370/2007 Of 23 October 2007 On Services In The Public Interest In Rail And Road Passenger Transport, Which Repeals Council Regulation (Eec) No. 1191/69 And (Eec) No. 1107/70, Pursuant To Act Nr Sr No. 332/2023 Coll. On Public Passenger Transport And On The Amendment And Supplementation Of Certain Laws By Services In The Public Interest And The Vehicle Fleet Will Be Composed In Accordance With Act Nr Sr No. 214/2021 Coll. Z. On The Support Of Ecological Road Transport Vehicles And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws. The Intention Of The Public Contracting Authority Is To Provide The Traveling Public With Safe, Efficient And High-Quality Transport Services In Mad, Their Adequate Performance According To The Needs Of The Citys Transport Services.
