Construction Work – Uw Riet - Baumeister (Ais). The Riet Substation (Uw) Was Put Into Operation At The Beginning Of The 1970S. The Outdoor Switchgear Is In Need Of Renovation. There Are Only A Few Spare Parts Available For The Hydraulically Driven Disconnectors And Switches. The Secondary Technology And The Ancillary Systems Of The Uw Riet Have Been Renewed In The Meantime, But Have Already Reached The End Of Their Technical Lifespan And Need To Be Renewed. In This Area There Is Also A High Degree Of Integration With The Systems Of The Previous Operator Axpo. Axpo Has Terminated The 220/50 Kv Grid Connection “Transformer 21” On May 31, 2022 And Will Dismantle The 50 Kv Outdoor Switchgear As Much As Possible And Necessary. Despite This Termination, The Uw Riet Remains A Connection Point For The Axpo Distribution Network In The Winterthur Region. It Also Connects The Swissgrid Breite Network Node With The Schlattingen Uw. In Order To Maintain The Safe Operation Of The System, Various Systems Must Be Renewed. The Ancillary Systems Should Also Be Supplemented With An Emergency Diesel That Ensures An Autonomy Time Of 72 Hours. This Emergency Diesel Generator Is Operated By Axpo. Swissgrid Is Therefore Replacing The Primary And Secondary Technology And Building Its Own Substation Building (Uwg) In Order To Achieve The Greatest Possible Separation From The Axpo Systems. The Following Requirements Must Be Strictly Adhered To During Construction Work: · Working Within An Operational Substation (Up To 220 Kv), · Working Near Railway Tracks. This Tender Includes The Work Related To The Dismantling And New Construction Of The Outdoor Switchgear And Its Cable Pipe Blocks And Shafts. The Substation Building That Has Already Been Completed Is Not Part Of This Tender. Roughly, The Following Work Must Be Carried Out: · Preparatory Work (Construction Site Setup, Temporary Work, Dismantling, Dismantling, Disposal, Etc.) · Terrain Design (Earth Movement, Etc.) · Shell And Finishing Work (Construction Work (Foundations, Sewerage, Extension And Adjustment Of Track Runway), Edge Terminations, Surfacing Work, Etc.) · Electrical Systems (System Lighting, Earthing, Etc.) · Connections Through Cables (Cable Pipe Blocks And Shafts, Etc.) · Acceptance (Fat, Sat And Ibn).
