Supply Of c/s of frame work, welding parts and carline (vb sleeper ndtc) , one coach set of frame work, welding parts and carline for vande sleeper (a20) to drg s no 1) frame work to drgs no a2014008, alt nil - 1 no. a2014009, alt nil - 1 no. items called in ab ove drgs in column i to be supplied as loose. 2) welding parts to drgs no a2014010, alt a - 1 no a20 14011, alt a - 1 no 3) carline to drgs no a1914010, alt b - 1 no. a1914011, alt b - 1 no. to be sup plied as coach set only. the firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf/md/sp ec-313, issue status-01,rev.01. the firm shall fulfil the manufacturing facility as per icf /md/spec-316, issue status-01, rev.00. special condition : 1. the frame work and weld parts shall b e packed in the container/steel pallet as per icf/j&t/sk-1865-alt b. 2. the weld parts shall be placed at the bottom and frame work at the top. 3. other partition frames not fitting in the container shall be stacked one over the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 4. packing and plac ing of the items to be such that the frames could be removed easily from the packing prior to weld pa rts without any damages. 5. the height of each stack shall not exceed 750mm for easy handling. 6. s uitable and sufficient packing strips to be used such that stacked items do not disintegrate during tra nsit, storage and handling. 7. carline packing drg icf/j&t/sk-1882, alt b [safety item] [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitt ed: max 8 lacs ] ]
