The Task Includes: 1) Expansion Of The Building In The Basement With Sanitary Rooms, Located In The Rear Part, At The Eastern Wall Of The Building. The Roof Of The Planned Extension Constitutes A Technical Ramp On The Ground Floor For The Cinemas Facilities,2) Reconstruction Of The Building To Improve The Thermal Insulation Of The External Partitions Along With The Implementation Of Waterproofing Protection For The Building,3) Development Of The Surroundings Of The Building,4) Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Basement, Ground Floor And First Floor,5) Reconstruction Of The Internal Staircases,6) Construction Of An Internal Passenger Elevator Providing Access To All Floors, Adapting The Facility To The Needs Of People Disabled People, Including The Construction Of An External Ramp For Disabled People,7) Renovation Of The Cinema Hall,8) Renovation Of The Roof,9) Connections To The Rainwater Drainage System,10) Construction Of A Sound System,11) Construction Of Stage Lighting,12) Replacement Of Windows And Doors To The Required Extent,13) Renovation Of Cinema Seats.2. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Task Are Determined By: Replacement Construction Design, Construction Design - Sanitary Industry - Construction Of A Stormwater Sewage Connection, Detailed Design - Architecture, Detailed Design - Construction, Detailed Design - Sanitary Industry, Detailed Design - Electrical Industry, Detailed Design - Electroacoustics And Stage Lighting, Detailed Design - Interior Design, Energy Audit, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Draft Contract, Constituting Attachments To Swz. 3. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Standards, Technical Specifications For The Acceptance And Execution Of Works And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Contract.
