Location Of The Investment - Forest Road No. 101 Located In The Kąśna Górna Forestry, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Tarnowskie Voivodeship, In The Więcwice Commune, District Siekierczyna.2) The Order Includes The Renovation Of A Forest Road On A Section With A Length Of Approx. 1191 Meters, Consisting Of: - Profiling The Existing Road, Shoulders And Exits To Skidding Routes And Wood Depots, - Construction Of A Surface Of Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Mm On The Road, Shoulders, Exits To Skidding Routes And Wood Depots, - Replacement Of Metal Water Drains, I.E. Dismantling The Existing, Damaged Ones And Installing New Ones, Also Made Of Metal, With The Same Parameters, - Replacing The Existing, Damaged End Walls Made Of Semi-Fiber Stones At The Inlet And Outlet Of Culverts Under The Road Crown And At Exits To Logging Routes And Wood Depots, With New Ones With The Same Parameters, - Sectional Desilting Of Roadside Ditches. The Road Renovation Is Aimed At Improving The Safety Of Vehicle Traffic And The Comfort Of Forest Management. Order Information 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. 2) All Works Covered By The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practice, Design Documentation, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations And Environmental Protection Regulations, As Well As Technical Requirements For Individual Types Of Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Ordering Partys Recommendations. Responsibility For The Quality Of Performance Of All Types Of Works Included In The Task In Is Entirely Borne By The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves That There May Be Tonnage Limitations - Appropriate Vehicle Load Capacities Appearing On The Roads To The Planned Investment. The Above Should Be Taken Into Account When Preparing The Offer. Difficulties In This Respect Will Not Constitute The Basis For A Price Change. The Contractor Is Responsible For Obtaining Appropriate Consent From The Public Roads Manager For The Transport Of Materials And Equipment Needed To Perform The Order. Transport Of Materials To The Site Of Works Should Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport Adapted To The Tonnage Specified On The Access Roads To The Site Of Works.
