The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Located In The Basement Of The Cultural Center Building, Together With The Purchase Of Equipment 2. Task Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Project Reconstruction Of Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Located In The Basement Of The Cultural Center Building, Along With The Purchase Of Equipment Co-Financed Under The Cloakroom For A Medal Program, Second Edition 2026. 3. The Building In Which The Implementation Is Carried Out The Investment Will Have Administrative And Cultural Functions. It Consists Of Two Above-Ground Floors And One Underground. The Building Is Located On Plot 1685 In Markowa.4.As Part Of Adapting The Rooms To The Applicable Technical Conditions And Renovating The Rooms, It Will Be Necessary, Among Others, To: Construction Works To Be Performed, Such As: 1) Demolition And Reconstruction Of Internal Walls 2) Demolition And Construction Of New Floors 3) Demolition And Installation Of New Plasters And Cladding 4) Construction Of New Suspended Ceilings 5) Disassembly Of The Old And Installation Of New Windows And Doors 6) Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation (Lighting, Plug Sockets, Evacuation And Emergency Lighting), Central Heating, Water And Sewage And Ventilation 7) White Assembly 8) Finishing Works (Painting Rooms, Making Floors)9) Delivery And Installation Of Cloakroom Equipment5.The Markowa Commune Has Design Documentation And A Valid Building Permit Attached To This Order Description. 6. A Site Visit To The Facility Is Recommended. 7. The Ordering Party Will Execute The Order On A Lump Sum Basis.8.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works That Will Enable The Proper Functioning Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Law. 9. Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects: Minimum 36 Months - The Entire Scope Of The Order,10.The Scope Of The Order Was Defined In Detail, Among Others: In The Bill Of Quantities, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of Swz And Stwiorb, The Provisions Of Swz11 Shall Prevail.The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Reducing The Scope Of Basic Works, Provided That The Scope Of Works Cannot Be Reduced By More Than 30% Of The Material Or Financial Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
