The Subject Of The Order Is Insurance Of A Fleet Of Motor Vehicles In The Field Of Motor Insurance, On The Terms Specified In The Act Of September 11, 2015 On Insurance And Reinsurance Activities (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 656, As Amended), I.E.: Passenger Cars, Delivery Vans, Trucks, Car Tractors, Agricultural Tractors, Trailers, Semi-Trailers And Vehicles Not Subject To Registration, Including Forestry And Road Machinery, Multi-Operational Vehicles And Machines With Specialized Equipment, Including With Shredding Devices, Plows, Milling Machines, Saws, Harrows, Harvesters, Forwarders, Wheel Loaders, Self-Unloading Vehicles, Road Graders, Backhoe Loaders, Self-Propelled Rollers, Compactors, Mowing Devices, Etc., Including Those Whose Design Allows Driving At A Speed Exceeding 25 Km/H, Which Are Equipped With The Forest Transport Center In Świebodzinie (Owned Or Held Under A Rental, Tenancy, Leasing Or Other Similar Contract), Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicles. Scope Of Insurance: 1) Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance Of Owners Of Motor Vehicles For Damage Caused By The Operation Of These Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Third-Party Liability Insurance), 2) Civil Liability Insurance For Owners Of Motor Vehicles In Foreign Traffic (Green Card) - (Hereinafter Referred To As Zk) For Indicated Vehicles, 3) Auto Casco Insurance For Motor Vehicles Against All Risks Of Damage, Destruction And Loss (Hereinafter Referred To As Ac/Kr), 4) Insurance Against The Consequences Of Accidents Of Drivers And Passengers Arising In Connection With The Use Of Motor Vehicles (Hereinafter Referred To As Accident Insurance),5) Assistance Insurance. The Scope Of Insurance Coverage Is Divided Into: 1) Obligatory - The Adoption Of The Indicated Scope Of Insurance Coverage In The Form Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Swz Order Is Obligatory 2) Optional - Supplementary Scope - The Content Of Additional Provisions In The Form Of Special Clauses May Be Accepted By The Contractor. Optional Clauses Are Separate, Scored Additional Provisions Which, In Accordance With The Evaluation Criterion, Influence The Selection Of The Offer. The Detailed Content Of The Supplementary Scope, In The Form Of Optional Clauses Of Insurance Coverage, Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Ordered Products Concern The Ordering Partys Vehicle Fleet And Belong To The Same Type Of Services Offered By The Contractors, And The Size Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Lead To Restriction Of Competition. The Proceedings Are Conducted With The Participation Of An Insurance Broker: Resident Broker Ubezpieczeniowy Sp. Z O. O. Based In Zielona Góra, Al. Niepodległości 12/5, Permit Number To Conduct Brokerage Activities 665/99, Who, As An Insurance Intermediary, Acts On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party.
