1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Stormwater Drainage Cleaning Services In The City Of Ustka In 2026.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes:2.1. Planned Cleaning Of The Storm Sewage System, 2.2. Emergency Removal Of Rainwater,2.3. Mechanical And Manual Cleaning And Deepening Of The Drainage Ditch, 2.4. Emergency Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of The Brine Graduation Tower. 3. In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), The Contractor Is The Owner And Producer Of Waste Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Is Subject To All Obligations Arising From The Above Act.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under Employment Contracts Who Will Be Assigned To Carry Out The Order, Performing Activities Consisting In Cleaning Storm Sewage Systems, Separators, Drainage Ditch And Graduation Towers, And Removing Rainwater. These Activities Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.5.The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In Annex 5 To The Swz - Contract Template.
