The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities And Wellness Rooms Along With A Communication Route Serving As Access To The Rooms And An Escape Route At The Szklarska Poręba Sport Training Center, Pl. Sportowy 5.The Scope Of Works Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of Existing Wall And Floor Coverings And The Dismantling Of Old Sanitary Devices And Equipment. Construction Works, Including The Implementation Of New Wall And Floor Coverings (Ceramic Tiles On Walls And Floors) And The Replacement Of Internal Doors. Sanitary And Central Heating Installation Works, Including The Replacement Of Cold And Hot Water Installations, Central Heating Installations. Heating, Internal Sanitary Sewage System And Complete Sanitary Fittings And Radiators. Room Equipment (Information Display, Hangers, Window Sills, Mirrors, Soap Dispensers). Electrical Installation Works, Including Expansion Of The Switchgear, Power Supply Installation For Sockets And Lighting, Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of Evacuation And Emergency Fixtures And Motion Detectors, Along With The Necessary Measurements And Tests Of Electrical Installations. Dismantling Works Of The Existing Electrical Installation And Telecommunications. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Architectural And Installation Documentation Along With Investor Cost Estimates) - An Annex To The Swz. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Work Area (Information And Warning Boards) And Secure It In A Way That Prevents Access By Unauthorized Persons, Taking Into Account That The Facility Remains Partially Used During The Implementation Of The Task. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular: A Log Construction Site (If Carried Out), The Construction Managers Statement On The Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Design And The Notification Of Construction Works, A List Of Built-In Materials Together With Documents Confirming Their Approval For Use In The Republic Of Poland, As Well As Reports On The Tests And Measurements Of Electrical Installations.
