Tenders are invited for Supply of Tyre 205/55 R16 1 Tyre 205 R16 Tyre 215/60/R17 Tyre 185/65/R15 Tyre 8.25 R20 Load Range G-14 PR Bid Security (Birr): 50,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased starting from September 28, 2026 from the Supply Chain Directorate Procurement Office on the 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, in front of A.A. Stadium, by depositing a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each lot in the name of the bid participant organization at any Wegagen Bank branch, with Account No. 0736452410101, and submitting a copy of the deposit slip during office hours. Interested bidders are required to submit a renewed trade license, TIN certificate, tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate. Bidders must submit a bid security 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) for each lot either in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized bank in the name of Wegagen Bank S.C. in the technical proposal or in a separate sealed envelope. Bidders should present their original with a copy of technical, financial proposals and bid bond in a in a separately sealed envelope on or before October 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. for each lot at the 16th floor of Wegagen Tower, in front of the A.A. stadium, at Supply Chain Management Directorate office- Procurement Office. Bids shall be opened at the above address on October 13, 2026, at 9:30 P.M (afternoon) for Lot 1, and 10:00 P.M. (afternoon) for Lot 2 in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
