This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City To Submit Non-Binding Proposals For The Provision Of Electric Utility Construction & Maintenance Services For Overhead And/Or Underground Distribution Linework (The Deliverables) As Set Out In This Section Of The Rfp. The Selected Proponent Will Be Requested To Enter Into Negotiations For An Agreement With The City For The Provision Of The Deliverables. The Initial Term Of The Agreement Will Be For A Period Of One (1) Year, With Provision For Extension For An Additional Four (4) Years In One (1) Year Increments, At The City’S Sole Discretion.
