The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The City Of Chełm, Consisting In The Hermetization Of The Kbr/1 And Kbr/2 Reactors Along With The Deodorization Of The Discharged Air. 1) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Based On The Provided Design Documentation, Including The Technical Design, Land Development Design And Technical Specifications, As Well As Applicable Administrative Decisions And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge. The Ordering Party Allows The Introduction Of Alternative Solutions That Do Not Worsen The Technical Parameters And Provides For The Possibility Of Introducing Design Changes And Modifications Only On The Basis Of The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz), In Order To Ensure The Full Effectiveness Of The Installation, I.E.
