The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Including Construction And Technical Designs For The Construction Of An Underground Floor Of A Multi-Functional Building Intended As A Hiding Place (Cat. U-1) With The Additional Function Of An Underground Parking Lot. As Part Of The Design Work, A Multi-Functional Building With Two Leading Functions Is To Be Designed: Population Protection By Constructing A Basement Storey To Serve As A Hiding Place (Category U - 1) For The Population In The Event Of A Threat Of Military Operations Such As Bombing, Artillery Fire And Small-Caliber Bullets, Drone Attacks, With The Additional Function Of An Underground Garage. The Construction Design Of The Underground Floor Is To Include All Parameters Consistent With The Assumptions Of The Olioc Program For 2025-2026. The Planned Area Of The Underground Floor Is 980 M2. The Building Must Be Located On Level -1.
