The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities In The Existing Building Of The Primary School, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Existing Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities At The Sports Facility In Sławęcinek (Sławęcinek 12, 88-110 Inowrocław), On The Plot With Registration Number 12/1, Precinct 0038 Sławęcinek, Inowrocław Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Modernization Of Parts Of The Building In The General Construction, Sanitary (Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Central Heating, Mechanical And Gravity Ventilation) And Electrical (Electrical Installations) Industries.3. Characteristics Of The Facilitythe Building Is An Existing Facility With Two Above-Ground Floors (Ground Floor, First Floor) Built Using Traditional Brick Technology. After Modernization, Part Of The Building Will Serve As A Modern Cloakroom And Sanitary Facility. The Characteristic Parameters Of The Designed Works Are Specified In The Technical Description Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Facility Remaining In Use During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Safe And Possibly Uninterrupted Operation Of The Facility.4. Existing Condition Plot No. 12/1 Is Located In Sławęcinek And Has Direct Access To A Public Road. The Building Being The Subject Of The Study Is Located On The Plot. The Area Is Equipped With Existing Networks And Technical Infrastructure Connections Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility. Before Commencing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Condition Of The Existing Facility And All Available Documentation.5. Design Statusthe Description Of The Modernization Concerns Part Of The Existing Building, Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Necessary To Adapt The Facility To Serve As A Cloakroom And Sanitary Facility. The Detailed Scope Is Specified In The Technical Description.6. Utility Programthe Utility Program Of The Building Is Not Changed, Auxiliary Rooms, Internal Communication And Accompanying Infrastructure Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility Are Planned.7. Material Scope Of Works The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Technical Description. Note: The Scope Of Works Includes Only The Rooms And Elements Indicated In The Drawings As Covered By The Investment (Red Outline). The Room Marked With The X Sign Is Excluded From The Scope Of The Order. The Design/Technical Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: Technical Description, Drawings And Inventory Specifying The Scope Of Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Calculation Of The Lump
