The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service: Integrated Telecommunications System Used To Carry Out Tasks By The District Office In Mielec And Selected Organizational Units Of The District.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1.In The Scope Of Services Provided To The Ordering Party Of Mielec County: A) Provision Of Fixed-Line Telecommunications Services Together With The Lease Of Telephone Exchanges And Necessary Equipment (Peripherals) And The Performance Of All Works Related To The Launch And Operation Of Services, B) Provision Of Permanent Access To The Internet Via Symmetrical Connections, Including The Provision Of A Backup Connection And Performance Of All Works Related To The Launch And Operation Of Services (While Maintaining The Existing Addressing), C) Provision Of Digital Television Services And Performance Of All Works Related To With The Launch And Operation Of Services, D) Lease Of Optical Fibers (Dark Fibers), E) Provision Of A Service Cooperating With The Fixed-Line Telephony Services Provided By The Contractor In The Scope Of Supporting Remote Work.2.2.In The Scope Of Services Provided To The Ordering Party, The District Family Support Center In Mielec: A) Provision Of Fixed-Line Telecommunications Services, Including The Lease Of A Telephone Exchange And The Necessary Equipment, As Well As The Performance Of All Works Related To The Launch And Operation Of Services, B) Provision Of Permanent Access To The Internet Via Symmetrical Lines And Performance Of All Works Related To The Launch And Operation Of Services.2.3.In The Scope Of Services Provided To The Ordering Party Of The Mielec County Units Service Center: Provision Of Fixed-Line Telecommunications Services Along With The Performance Of All Works Related To The Launch And Operation Of Services.1.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Parameters And Requirements Of The Ordering Party As Well As Important Provisions Of The Contract, Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Template Of The Contract And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2.
