Improvements Will Address Park Accessibility, Athletic Field Conditions, Building Functionality, Safety, Appearance, And Long-Term Maintenance.The Scope Includes Replacement Of Existing Sidewalks With Six-Foot-Wide, Ada-Compliant Concrete Walkways, Concrete Paving Around Existing Buildings, Renovation Of Three Baseball Fields, Infield Reconstruction, Grading And Drainage Improvements, Dugout Improvements, Fence Replacement, Irrigation Improvements, And Batting Cage Replacement.Building Improvements Include Renovations To The Restroom, Announcer, And Concession Buildings, Roofing Replacement, Coordinated Architectural Finishes, Concession Equipment, Hvac Improvements, And Associated Plumbing And Electrical Work.
