The Work Mainly Concerns Minor Maintenance Work. Where There Is A Need For More Extensive Maintenance Work On Individual Bridges, This Will Be Advertised As Separate Contracts. The Tasks Will Vary In Scope And Include Bridge Maintenance Of Various Kinds, Including Joint Repairs, Replacement Of Asphalt Joints, Repair Of Joint Thresholds, Repair Of Bearings, Concrete Repairs, Deck Repairs, Deck Maintenance, Asphalt And Membrane Work, Corrosion Protection, Replacement And Repair Of Railings, Edge Girders, Water Drains, Major Concrete Work Due To Flood Damage, Repairs Due To Undermining, Stream Diversion And The Like.
