Engineering Works And Construction Works – Liknes Torg. Kvinesdal Municipality Plans To Establish A New, Upgraded Square System In Kvinesdal Centre, With A Stage/Amphitheatre, Roof Superstructure, Play Area, Meeting Places, Planting And Street/Parking. In Addition We Would Like Some Of The City Centre Streets Be Upgraded And Water And Sewage Pipelines Replaced. The Extent Of The Project Area Is Estimated To Be Approx. 6,900 M2. The Subject Areas Included Are: Road And Ground Work, Landscape Design, Concrete Work, Joinery, Masonry, Electro And Water And Sewage Works, Assembly Of Wood Structures And Demolition And Environmental Clearance. The Contract Is An Execution Contract. The Work Is Organised As A General Contract. The Delivery Is Regulated By The Contract Terms In Ns 8405 And Special Provisions In The Contract Documentation. The Deadline For Completion Is Approx. 12 Months. After The Contract Has Been Signed.
