Diesel Oil – Sale And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Sale And Delivery Ex Warehouse Of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji W Konin Sp. Z O. O. Located At Ul. M. Dąbrowska 1A Of The Following Liquid Fuels: - Diesel Oil Cn 2710 20 11 In The Amount Of Approximately 1,300,000 L - Unleaded Gasoline 95 Cn 2710 12 45 In The Amount Of Approximately 170,000 L The Buyer Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Amount Of Fuel Than Indicated Above, In Accordance With Current Operational Needs, However The Minimum Quantity Of Fuel To Be Purchased Is Set By The Ordering Party At 1,000,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil And 80,000 Liters Of Unleaded Gasoline. . If It Is Not Used On The End Date Of The Contract, He Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Full Quantity Indicated Above. Technical Conditions: The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Polish Standards (Diesel Oil - Pn-En 590:2026-01, Unleaded Petrol 95 Pn-En 228:2026-01 And Industry Regulations (Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws 2024/1018, As Amended). In The Event Of Changes In Regulations Or Standards, The Fuel Offered Must Comply With The Changed Regulations And Standards. The Quantity Of Individual Deliveries Of The Above-Mentioned Fuels Is Expected To Be 4-6 Per Month, Excluding Public Holidays. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Any Quantity Of Individual Fuels, With The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Being Approximately 20,000 Liters. The Transport Of Fuels To The Mzk Warehouse At Ul. M. Dąbrowska 1A Will Be At The Expense Of The Supplier. Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu, Does Not Exceed 50% Of The Total Value Of The Items Covered By The Offer.
