As Part Of The Implementation Of The Site Preparation Of The D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice (Construction D35 Staré Město – Mohelnice, Site Preparation For Zav), Topsoil Was Hidden, Which Was Subsequently Taken To Selected Land Blocks In Accordance With The Opinion Of The Moe On The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From The Agricultural Land Fund And Its Subsequent Updates. The Topsoil Must Be Spread Until It Is Necessary For The Concerned Soil Blocks To Be Used For Agrotechnical Purposes By Agricultural Entities. At Present, The Contractual Relationship With The Contractor Of The Construction D35 Staré Město - Mohelnice Is Being Legally Analyzed On The Part Of The Client, When The Question Of The Item Intended For The Implementation Of The Work Of Spreading Topsoil In The Plain Is Being Resolved Between The Contractual Parties. For This Reason, In Order To Avoid Possible Damages, It Is Necessary For The Customer To Ensure The Execution Of The Works In Question.
