Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Disposal And Laboratory Services From The Gen2.0 Project - Ps-Rathenau. The Construction Site Waste Generated When Carrying Out The Work Must Be Sampled, Analyzed And Disposed Of. Transport From The Construction Site To The Specified Disposal Facilities May Also Be Necessary. We Therefore Need Information About The Costs, The Disposal Facilities Including Delivery Conditions And, Optionally, The Transport And Container Costs For The Items Listed In The Price Sheet. Recycling Is Preferable To Disposal. Henw Will Prepare Delivery Notes (For Non-Hazardous Waste) And Electronic Accompanying Notes (For Hazardous Waste After A Disposal Certificate Has Been Created) For The Delivery Of The Waste. Henw Has Commissioned Waste Management Company Vattenfall Europe Resource Management Gmbh (Ve Res) To Organize And Coordinate Disposal. Coordination Regarding Disposal From The Construction Project Takes Place Between An And Ve Res During Normal Business Hours. The Delivery Notes Must Be Carried During Transport And Presented At The Disposal Facility. Transport Without Appropriate Disposal Documents Is Not Permitted. The Stated Prices Cover All Costs, Fees, Claims For Remuneration And The Provision Of The Necessary Machines And Equipment Incurred By The Contractor To Provide The Service. Excluded From This Are Costs That Arise From Additional, Changes And Additional Services Due To A Request From The Client (Client) Or Are Related To The Implementation Of Changed Legal Requirements. Any Additional Costs That May Arise Must Be Listed In A Separate Offer. The Basis For Billing Is The Disposal Notes And Weighing Notes Created. All Quantities Stated In The Price Sheet Are Non-Binding Estimates. They Are Used Exclusively For Calculation And Price Comparison. There Is No Entitlement To Call Up Specific Quantities Or Individual Items. There Is No Minimum Quantity And No Acceptance Or Quantity Obligation On The Part Of The Client. At Henw, The Following Personal Protective Equipment Is Required To Be Worn On Construction Sites: Safety Shoes (At Least S2 Closed), Industrial Safety Helmet In Accordance With En 397 And Safety Glasses.
