Project Management Software Package – Acquisition Of A Comprehensive Development Portfolio Solution. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy Requests Bids For The Development Portfolio Solution On Behalf Of The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area (Customer). The Object Of The Procurement Is A Development Portfolio Solution, Which Serves As A Key Tool For The Client Organization For Managing, Monitoring And Directing Projects, Project Portfolios And Strategy Portfolios. The System Must Support The Entire Life Cycle Of Projects, From Ideation, Prioritization, Resourcing And Decision-Making To Implementation, Monitoring And Reporting. The Solution Must Contain At Least The Following Management Entities: - A Project Portfolio And - A Strategy Portfolio, Which Can Be Used To Manage The Implementation Of The Strategy And Related Projects As A Unified Entity. The Acquisition Is Implemented As A Saas-Based Software Service (System). The System Is Used To Manage, Among Other Things, Basic Project Information, Schedules, Resourcing, Financial And Financial Information, Approval Processes, And A Snapshot Of Projects, Project Portfolios, And Strategy Portfolios For Use By Management And Other Stakeholders. The System Must Support Both Operational Project Management And Portfolio And Management Level Decision-Making, Including Reporting, Analytics And Visual Overviews. The Acquisition Includes The System And Its Usage Rights, The Necessary Commissioning And Configuration Services, As Well As The Maintenance And Support Services During The Contract Period As Described In More Detail In The Procurement Documents. Possible Additional And Expert Services, Integrations And Further Development Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Request For Tender And The Contract. The Solution Must Be User-Oriented, And Its Functionalities Must Be Easy And Intuitive To Adopt. The Solution Must Be Configurable To The Subscribers Needs, And The Subscribers Main Users Must Have The Opportunity To Maintain And Develop The System Using The Management Tools It Offers As Widely As Possible. The Solution Must Include Versatile Reporting And Printing Functionalities And Support The Presentation Of Information In Various Summary Views. A More Detailed Description Of The Content And Requirements Of The Procurement Is Presented In The Appendices Of The Request For Tenders. The Contract Is Concluded As Valid For The Time Being. The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At 222,000 Euros Calculated Over A Period Of Four (4) Years. The Value Is An Estimate And Does Not Bind The Customer. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Entity That Is The Subject Of The Procurement Forms A Functionally And Technically Unified Service Entity, Which Is Not Appropriate To Divide Into Smaller Parts.
