Bids Are invited for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Services For Precision Air Conditioners - All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Of Floor Mounted Upflow Air Cooled Precession Air-Conditioning System (Pac) At New Atc Building Complex With Variable Capacity Scroll Compressor, Evaporator Fan Having Electrically Controlled Commutator Motor, Dx Cooling Coil, Micro Processor Controller, Expansion Valves, Drivers, Filters Including Attending Breakdown Calls Within Time As Mentioned In Special Condition Of Contract(Scc) And Supply Of All Accessories, As Per Manufacturer Recommendation Which Is Including Of Replacement Of Outdoor & Indoor Motor , Mother Board/Power Card , Compressor, Software Re-Installation (If Required) ,Expansion Valve , Drier , Contactor , Relay Etc. And Repair Or Rectification Of System Leakage With Refrigerant , Other Minor Fault Etc. As Directed By Engineer - In -Charge. ( Make : Swegon Bluebox, Upflow+Fixed Scroll Comp With Icom (Motherboard), Refrigerant Gas - R410a).Note:- The Quoted Cost Should Include The One Time Initial Servicing Including Providing Required Spares / Accessories If Required For Satisfactory Operation For All Of The Machines Except One 20 Tr Pac As Mentioned In Boq Item No 2 , Repairing Of One Number Burnt 20 Tr Pac ( Make : Swegon Bluebox, Upflow+Fixed Scroll Comp With Icom (Motherboard), Refrigerant Gas - R410a) Including Supplying Of Fan Speed Controller, Temperature, Humidity Sensors, Transformers, Air Differential Pressure Switch, Contactors, Mcbs, Single Phase Preventor, Wiring Etc As Required For Complete Rectification And Making It Serviceable With Satisfaction Of E-I-C.
