Engineering Design Services – Modernization Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Rudniki And Żytniów. This Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 Of The Public Procurement Law, Using The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The So-Called Act Reverse Procedure (I.E. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Make A Subjective Qualification Of The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest, In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings) And The Specification Of The Terms Of The Procurement, Hereinafter Referred To As The Tor. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Pzp. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Tor. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure. The Ordering Party Will Not Grant Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 442 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Task Requires Complete Development Of Design Documentation Covering The Entire Wastewater Collection And Treatment Process In The Rudniki Catchment Area. Individual Elements Are Interconnected And Have A Direct Impact On Each Other. When Implementing The Entire Task, Its Individual Elements Must Be Taken Into Account And Cooperate With Each Other. It Is Required That The Documentation Developed Takes Into Account The Overall Aspect Of Sewage Management In The Rudniki Commune. It Is Not Reasonable For The Task To Be Divided Into Parts Because It Would Make It Difficult To Obtain Financial Resources And Extend The Time Of The Entire Investment Process. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Separate, Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining, For The Ordering Party, A Building Permit Decision For: 1) Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rudniki, 2) Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Żytniów Along With The Construction Of A Pressure Pipeline To The Sewage Treatment Plant In Rudniki. In The First Stage Of The Task Implementation, The Contractor Will Prepare At Least Three Variants Of Design Solutions (Including Material Variants), Presenting The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Each Of The Proposed Solutions. In The Second Stage, Based On The Approved Concept, The Contractor Will Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Modernization Of Sewage Treatment Plants In Rudniki And Żytniów. Design Documentation Should Cover At Least The Following Industries: 1) Construction And Construction, 2) Installation And Sanitary, 3) Technological Including Calculations And Mechanical, 4) Electrical Power, 5) Control And Measurement Equipment (Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation), Including Monitoring And Control, 6) Road, 7) Land Development And Landscaping, 8) Studies, Permits, Arrangements, Decisions And Guidelines Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, 9) Information
