Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Properties Inhabited By Residents Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Puławy. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection Of Municipal Waste From All Properties Inhabited By Residents, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Puławy, Hereinafter Referred To As The City Or The Ordering Party, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, The Collection Of The Following Types Of Municipal Waste From Properties Inhabited By Residents: 1) Mixed Unsegregated Municipal Waste Collected In Containers; 2) Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, In Containers Or Bags, Divided Into Fractions: A) Paper, B) Metal And Plastics, C) Glass, D) Bio-Waste, E) Ash From Household Fireplaces. 3) Bulky Waste As Part Of Campaign Collections; 4) Textiles And Clothing As Part Of Campaign Collections. 3. The Order Does Not Include The Collection Of Waste From Construction And Renovation Works Generated On Residential Properties, Tires And Other Waste Fractions Not Listed In Point 1.2. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport And Transfer Of Collected Municipal Waste To The Municipal Installation In Puławy (Ik) - Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Puławy At Ul. Dęblińska 96 Operated By Zuk Puławy Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Składowa 3, 24-100 Puławy Or In The Event Of Its Failure, To The Installation Indicated By The Ordering Party. 5. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Equip Single-Family Residential Properties With Bags With A Capacity Of 120 Liters, With A Thickness Of At Least 50 Microns, Intended For The Selective Collection Of Paper, Metals And Plastics, Biodegradable Waste, And Bags With A Capacity Of 60 Liters, With A Thickness Of At Least 60 Microns, Intended For The Selective Collection Of Glass. The Bags Must Be Made Of Ldpe, Possibly With The Contractors Logo And The Inscription Of A Given Fraction In The Following Colors: Blue - For Paper, Yellow For Metals And Plastics, Green For Glass, Brown For Bio-Waste. The Total Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Collected And Transported To Ci During The 24-Month Period Of Implementation Of The Contract Is 25,000 Mg.
