Bidders should have been in the business of similar service at least during the last three years. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from Engineering Works Section, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No. 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01, on the submission of a written application addressed to the Chief Engineer (E & E), from 25.09.2026 until 14.10.2026 from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2000.00 (Including Taxes) by cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 14:00 hrs. on 15.10.2026. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the same address immediately after the closing of tender in the presence of the bidders representatives. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 15,000.00 shall be valid for 150 days commencing from the date of signing the Letter of Award.
