The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Town Of Latoszyn, On Plots No. 784/5 And 784/6, District 0006 Latoszyn, Commune. Debica. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Construction Works Enabling The Construction Of A Two-Part Building With A Separate Sanatorium Part, Medical Part, Technical Support Part And Social Part, Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure; Development Of The Surroundings And Delivery And Installation Of Equipment. The Designed Facility Will Have 39 Rooms For 65 Patients, A Medical Part With Offices And Treatment Rooms, Technical Facilities, A Catering Kitchen With A Dining Room, A Conference Room, Common Areas And Recreational Spaces. The Building Was Designed Taking Into Account The Principles Of Accessibility, Including The Needs Of People With Disabilities, By Using Solutions That Eliminate Architectural Barriers.
