This It Maintenance Service For Industrial Systems (Misi 3) Covers The Following Areas Of Activity: 1) Service Center Including The Following Activities: - Ticket Management, - Cmdb (Configuration Management Database), - Itil Type Processes (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), - Assistance And Support To Users. 2) Activity And Project Management: - Team Management And Steering, - Activity Monitoring (Indicators, Finance, Etc.), - Meeting Management, - Document Management. 3) Provision Of Corrective And Progressive Maintenance Of Industrial Systems (Software, Hardware And Control): - Access Control, - Video Surveillance, - Servitudes, - Supervision Of Experimental Installations (Means Of Testing And Measurement), - Cabling Work. 4) Management And Supervision Of Infrastructures: - Virtual And Physical, - Maintenance In Operational Condition (Mco) Of System And Network Infrastructure, - Storage And Backup Solutions. 5) Mcos (Maintenance In Operational Security Condition) And Soc (Security Operation Center) System Operation. 6) On-Call And Hno (Non-Working Hours). Indicative Volume: - Annual Number Of Tickets: 1,000 Which Represents Approximately 10,000 Technical Actions, - Equipment Fleet: 2,000 Pieces Of Equipment (Operational Technology (Ot), Information Technology (It) And Networks), - Number Of Systems: Approximately 80 Industrial Systems, - Documentary Repository: Approximately 300 Technical Documents In Management, - Current And Overall Distribution Of Activity Is Approximately 35% For Automation, 45% For It And 20% For Specific Software. All These Services Will Take Place During The Following Hours: Established Time Slot From 7 A.M. To 8 P.M. Following The Cea Activity Schedule. However, During Peak Activity, It May Be Requested To Occasionally Modify The Timetable. The Rules For Processing The Different Regimes Will Be Detailed In The Draft Contract (Communicated During The Offers Phase). The Contract Is Concluded For A Maximum Duration Of 7 Years And 3 Months Distributed As Follows: - Phase 1: Preparation And Management Phase Lasting 3 Months, - Phase 2: Operational Phase Lasting 7 Years (84 Months) Including 4 Firm Years (48 Months) And 3 Optional Years (12 Months Each), - Phase 3: Reversibility Phase With Knowledge Transfer Of 3 Optional Months. This Phase Is Included In The Final Firm Or Firm Year Of The Operational Phase.
