The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Skrzat Student Club Along With The Renovation Of The Balcony. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz And The Technical Documentation Is Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz - Zip Folder. 1. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. 1.2. The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms. 1.3. In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Circumstances Arising From The Order Documentation. 1.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed For The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 2. Warranty 2.1. The Contractor Provides A Sixty [60] Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed. 2.2. The Delivered And Installed Devices And Accessories (Equipment) Are Covered By A Manufacturers Warranty, Not Shorter Than 24 Months. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than 24 Months, The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend It To 24 Months As Part Of The Remuneration. 2.3. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 3. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order 3.1. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is: Seventy-Five [75] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 3.2. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 3.1. Swz Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, But Not Less Than Sixty [60] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Points 19.2.2. Swz Applies. 4. Method Of Defining The Offer 4.1 The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including: A) Development Of Test And Measurement Protocols, B) Inspection And Service Plan Within 24 Months For The Delivered Devices, C) Obtaining The Necessary Technical Approvals, D) Obtaining Quality Approvals And Certificates, E) Obtaining A Declaration Of Compliance With The Polish Standards, F) Removing Damage Resulting From The Work Carried Out, G) Preparing As-Built Documentation, H) Securing The Construction Site And The Construction Site And Its Proper Marking, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I) Obtaining All Required Consents And Decisions Before Using The Rebuilt Premises (If Required), J) Delivering And Installing, Connecting, Commissioning, Carrying Out The Required Tests, Brand New Equipment (In Particular Unrepaired, Unrefabricated, Not Exhibited, Not Previously Used) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) (In Accordance With Annex 1A To This Swz) Meeting The Relevant Standards And Having The Required Marketing Approvals And Certificates
