Functional Requirements For The Digital Tree Sensor The System Must Be Capable Of Displaying And Analyzing The Following Data Per Individual Tree: • Examination Of Microclimatic Effects: O Micro-Scale Pattern Of Shading, O Canopy Coverage, O Estimation Of Foliage Mass. • I-Tree Eco Model Data Content: O Crown Missing In Percentage Form (Percent Crown Missing). • Branch Structure Model: O For Accurate Analysis Of The Static And Safety Status Of Trees. Territorial Scope Of The Survey The Individual-Based Tree-Taster Database Must: • Contain Trees In Public Areas, • With Trees Located In Parks And As Street Trees, • With Precise Geolocation, • Based On The Priority List Agreed With The Customer (Downtown, Main Traffic Routes, Priority Public Parks) In The Public Areas Of The City Of Győr (Including The Area Of Parks And Street Rows) In Order Of Magnitude There Are 68,000-70,000 Trees, And There Are Another 1,500-1,600 Trees In The Local Government-Maintained Cemeteries And The Network Of Local Government Institutions. The First Stage Of The Survey Covers Areas Of Special Importance In The City Of Győr County Until The Gross Amount Of Huf 55,000,000 Is Exhausted. Priority Areas Are Determined Based On The Priority List Agreed With The Customer (Downtown, Main Traffic Routes, Priority Public Parks). - The Field Survey Will Last Until The Available Gross Amount Of Huf 55,000,000 Is Exhausted. As Soon As The Number Of Trees Found And Validated By The System Reaches The Maximum Amount Calculated On The Basis Of The Bid Unit Price (The Critical Number Corresponding To Huf 55 Million Gross), The Bidder Is Obliged To Suspend The Activity And Notify The Customer Immediately. If The Option Is Not Selected, The Survey Ends At This Point. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw Up To 70% Of The Number Of Critical Tree Units Determined On The Basis Of The Tenders. Option Items: If The Source Is Available, Up To 30% Of The Total Amount Of Wood In Public Areas Remaining Above The Critical Number Will Be Called Upon, And The Contractor May Proceed With The Survey As Agreed With The Municipality. Basis Of Settlement: Given That The Exact Number Of Tree Stands Is Not Known, The Winning Bidder Will Collect The Data In The Jointly Agreed Area. The Basis Of The Final Financial Settlement Will Be The Number Of Trees Actually Found And Evaluated By The Technology (Ai/Lidar) Within The Demarcated Area. The Winning Contractor Is Responsible For Training 10 People Following The Handover Of The Completed Platform System, And During The 48 Months Of The Contract, Training For Users In The Case Of New Functions. The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure Is Not A One-Time Survey, But The Continuous Provision, Operation, Data Saving, Version Tracking And Support Of A Cloud-Based Tree Sensor And Tree Management Platform For 4 Years (48 Months) For Daily City Management And Work Allocation Tasks.
