Loading Or Handling Machinery – Purchase Of 1 Manipulator At Rz - Centers Nová Ves And Turnov. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 1 New Or Demonstrator Telescopic Manipulator Intended For The Handling Of Bulk Material Such As Spreading Salt And Inert Spreading Material (Aggregate And Sand), Including Accessories Including 2 Loading Buckets, A Palletizing Fork And A Lifting Hook For Handling Suspended Loads (Hereinafter Referred To As The Machine), And Which Corresponds To The Technical Specification According To Appendix No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Technical Specification And Valuation Table) And The Requirements According To Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation (Binding Draft Of The Contract). For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Client Expressly States That In Accordance With The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Delivery Of All Documentation And Manuals, Mandatory Equipment, Training Of The Machine User (At Least 2 Persons Designated By The Client) And Provision Of Warranty Service For The Machine Are Part Of The Performance. The Client Reserves That The Subject May Also Be The Provision Of Regular Warranty Service Inspections Of The Machine, Under The Conditions According To The Binding Draft Of The Contract. Warranty Service And Regular Warranty Service Inspections Of The Machine Must, In Accordance With The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Be Provided At One Of The Principals Centers Located In The Liberec Region. If It Is Not Possible To Remove The Defect On The Spot, The Service Will Be Provided By A Supplier In An Authorized Service Center For The Machine Designated By The Seller, Located In The Territory Of The Liberec Region, The Capital City Of Prague Or The Districts Of Jičín, Mladá Boleslav, Mělník, Litoměřice Or Děčín.
