The Estimated Minimum Quantity That Will Be Purchased Until 31.12.2026 Is 60 Tons, The Estimated Minimum Value Until 31.12.2026 Is 432,000 Lei Without Vat And Represents The Value Of The Present Procedure According To Which The Offers Will Be Developed And Evaluated. The Maximum Estimated Quantity That Will Be Purchased Until 30.04.2027 Is 120 Tons, Wave. Max. Estimated Until 30.04.2027 Is 864,000 Lei Without Vat And Includes The Value Of Possible Additions, According To Art. 165 Of H.G. 395/2016. The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Opt For Supplementing The Quantities Of Products Is Conditioned By The Existence Of Financial Resources.
