The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Municipal Waste From All Properties Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Lichnowy Commune. Transport Of All Collected Municipal Waste From The Lichnowy Commune To The Solid Waste Utilization Plant Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Rokicka 5A, 83-110 Tczew (Zuos Tczew). Pursuant To The Concluded Inter-Municipal Agreement, The Lichnowy Commune Delegated To The Municipal Commune Of Tczew The Performance Of A Public Task Consisting In The Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From Properties Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System. Equipping (Lease) Real Estate With Containers For Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Maintaining It In Appropriate Sanitary, Technical And Orderly Condition. Equipping The Property With Devices (Containers/Bags) For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Such As: Paper, Glass, Metals, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging Waste, Bio-Waste, Ashes And Maintaining Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Technical And Orderly Condition. Equipment And Operation (Operation) Of The Selective Waste Collection Point In The Village Of Lichnowy (Hereinafter Pszok), Including The Collection And Transport Of Selectively Delivered Municipal Waste To Zuos Tczew. Waste To Be Collected - Municipal Waste - In Accordance With Art. 3 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Means Waste Generated In Households And Waste From Other Waste Producers Which, Due To Their Nature And Composition, Are Similar To Household Waste, In Particular Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Selective Waste Collected: A) From Households, Including Paper And Cardboard, Glass, Metals, Plastics, Bio-Waste, Wood, Textiles, Packaging, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Waste Batteries And Accumulators And Bulky Waste, Including Mattresses And Furniture, And B) From Sources Other Than Households, If This Waste Is Similar In Nature And Composition To Waste From Households - Municipal Waste Does Not Include Waste From Production, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, Septic Tanks, Sewage Networks And Sewage Treatment Plants, Including Sewage Sludge, End-Of-Life Vehicles And Construction And Demolition Waste; Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste Remains Unsorted (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Even If It Has Been Subjected To Waste Processing, But Processed
