The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Renovation Of The Road Surface Of Dw 642 On The Section Sterławki Wielkie – Orło – Mleczkowo (Length 2,850 Km) From Km 4+060 To Km 6+910.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Legal Regulations, And The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Offer Cost - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 4. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Range And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice To Achieve The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Warranty Period Is An Offer Evaluation Criterion In The Procedure And Will Be, According To The Contractors Declaration In The Offer, 3/4/5 Years, With The Reservation That For Horizontal Markings The Warranty Period Is 12 Months.7. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended); The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (I.E.
