The Offered Goods Should Be: 1) Catalog Products With Established Quality Standards; 2) In Accordance With The Descriptions And Diagrams Included In Annex 1 To The Swz; 3) Brand New, Free From Physical Defects, From Current Production; 4) Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging And Marked In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Catalog Number Should Be On The Packaging; 5) Made Of Borosilicate Glass Class 3.3 According To Iso 3585 Or Equivalent Standard. In All Places In This Tor Where The Ordering Party Described The Type Of Tap Using A Commercial Brand (Rotaflo Taps), The Contractor May Offer Goods Equipped With Equivalent Taps.
