Part 1 - Dismantling Of The Existing Passenger Lift And Delivery And Installation Of A New Passenger Lift In Building No. 3 Of The Social Welfare Home In Jaromin. A Detailed Description Of The Required Parameters And The Available Technical Documentation Of The Existing Crane Is Available In Annex No. 1A To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Part 1. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. One Contractor May Be Awarded An Order For Any Number Of Parts.3.The Scope Of Work Includes:3.1.Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Cranes And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.3.2.Performing The Necessary Measurements And Inventory Of The Existing Shaft, Machine Room, Installations And Door Openings.3.3.Delivery Of Brand New Cranes With Accessories To The Assembly Site, With Parameters Described In Annex No. 1A And 1B To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.4.Installation Of New Cranes With Accessories To Replace The Dismantled Ones,3.5.Carrying Out The Necessary Construction, Installation And Electrical Works Related To The Assembly Of The Device, 3.6.Commissioning, Testing And Technical Acceptance.3.7.Obtaining The Udt Decision On Admission To Operation.3.8.Providing Full As-Built Documentation, Operating Instructions And Staff Training.4.The Requirements Provided By The Ordering Party In These Proceedings Constitute Minimum Requirements And Should Be Compulsorily Met. Failure To Meet The Above (Minimum) Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.5.If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In These Proceedings Contains Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. When Preparing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Did Not Find Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. However, If The Contractor Finds/Notices, While Analyzing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, That There Are Such Cases Or Indirectly Pointing To One Specific Product, The Contractor Is Asked To Notify The Ordering Party In The Form Of An Inquiry And Indicate Such Products. Then, As A Clarification/Change To The Content Of The Inquiry, The Ordering Party Will Specify What Features Of The Ordered Product Are Of Equivalent Value To Him And Which Will Be Taken Into Account In The Evaluation. A Similar Rule Applies In Cases Where References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
