Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 - Technical Offer, Which, After Being Completed By The Contractor, Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Offer, As Well As In Annex No. 3 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which - If Selected Offer As The Most Advantageous - Will Constitute The Basis For The Execution Of The Order.
