Construction Work - Framework Agreement - 48 Months - Maintenance, Repair, Construction And Installation Of The Elements Of The Safety System In The Municipality Of Brasov. The Object Of The Procedure Is The Award Of A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months) With The Object Of Executing Maintenance, Repair, Construction, Manufacturing And Installation Of The Elements Of The Road And Pedestrian Safety System Within The Public Domain Of The Municipality Of Brașov By Applying The Open Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement. The Main Categories Of Works/Activities Concerned Are: Flexible Metal Guardrails: Installation, Dismantling, Repair, Painting And Washing For H1 Galvanized Guardrails, H2w3 Roller Guardrails, H4bw4 Embankment Guardrails, H4bw4b Bridge/Passage Guardrails, End Posts And Reflectors Rigid Guardrails: Construction, Repairs, Sub-Buildings, Linings, Rostrums And Bank Supports For Reinforced Concrete Parapets Or Stonework, Replacement Of Concrete Rails/Caps, Steps And Bushings Railings And Handrails: Fabrication, Installation, Removal, Repair, Painting And Washing For Guardrails On Bridges/Walkways And Handrails On Stairs/Sidewalks Pedestrian Guardrails And Stop Posts: Fabrication And Installation Of Fence Modules (Including Ornamental Designs Mangalia/Mureșenilor And Gendarmi Type), Metal/Cast Iron Bollards, Spherical Concrete Bollards And Application Of Reflective Tapes Related Landscaping, Restoration And Paving Works: Excavation, Ballast/Crushed Stone Foundations, Curbs, Dismantling, Repair/Resurfacing Of Walkways, Concrete And Basalt Paving Slabs, Plastering, External Painting And Rubble Transport. Information Regarding The Framework Agreement: - Duration Of The Framework Agreement: 48 Months. - The Frequency And Value Of The Subsequent Contracts: The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded According To The Needs And The Allocated Budget Credits. The Duration Of The Last Subsequent Contract May Exceed The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Provided That It Is Concluded During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. Estimated Values: Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 67,731,604.13 Lei Without Vat. Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 16,611,234.07 Lei Without Vat. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 14,733,212.73 Lei Without Vat. The Estimated Minimum Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 2,595,142.67 Lei Without Vat. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Without Resuming The Competition, With A Single Economic Operator, Based On Which, Over The Course Of A Year, One Or More Distinct Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded, Depending On The Needs.
