The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In The Town Of Czajcze Together With The Necessary Internal And External Technical Infrastructure For Plot No. 133/2 In The Town Of Czajcze.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Single-Story Volunteer Fire Department Building With A Built-Up Area Of ​​120.00 M², Including All Finishing Works; 2) Construction Of Internal And External Sanitary Installations, Including: External Gas Installation, Sanitary Sewage System, Construction Of A Tank For Liquid Waste, Internal Water, Sewage And Gas Installation, Central Heating And Ventilation; 3) Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including: External Power Supply Line, Internal Lighting Installation And Plug Sockets, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installations, Three-Phase Electrical And Lightning Protection Installations And A Paging System Along With The Installation Of Antennas, Gps Receivers And Other Components Required For The Operation Of The Volunteer Fire Department Unit; 4) Reconstruction Of The Existing Section Of The Water Supply Connection That Conflicts With The Location Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building And Construction Of A Water Supply Connection To The Volunteer Fire Department Building; 5) Construction Of An Exit From The Municipal Road And Development Of The Area, Including Hardened Surfaces, Entrance, Sidewalk, Strip Around The Building; 6) Performing All Accompanying Works And Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances.3.Place Of Order Fulfillment: Plot No. 133/2, Czajcze Town, Wysoka Commune.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Construction Manager (Point 6.2.4. Sub-Point 2 Of The Swz) And Managers Of Sanitary And Electrical Works To Supervise The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Details Of Industry Works Managers (Works Manager For The Sanitary Industry And Electrical Industry) Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.6.Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 36 Months (Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 17 Of The Swz).
