The Subject Of The Order Is The Winter Mechanical Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Including Streets In The City Of Gostyń. The Ordering Party Will Commission The Service In Question Within The Available Financial Resources Planned In The Draft Financial Plan For 2026/2027. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Signal Other Dangerous Places By Telephone, Not Covered By The Basic Order. The Scope Of Services Also Includes: 1) The Contractor Keeps Records Of Equipment Operation And Daily Reporting To The Ordering Party On The Work Performed. This Report Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Electronically Or In A Paper Version Each Time After The Actions Taken By 12:00 – In A Daily Cycle (From 7:00 To 7:00). Failure To Submit This Report Within The Specified Deadline May Constitute The Basis For Failure To Complete The Specified Works; 2) Location Of The Equipment Base: The Equipment And Storage Base Should Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 30 Km From The City Limits Of Gostyń; 3) Winter Road Maintenance By Clearing Snow In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Travel In Accordance With Existing Weather Conditions; 4) Removing Snow From Streets Or Roads By Scraping The Snow Cover Over The Entire Width And Length. The Cleared Snow Must Not Prevent Or Impede The Movement Of Vehicles, In Particular: At Intersections, Entrances, Exits, Bus Stops, Places Intended For Pedestrian Traffic; 5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Be On Duty 24 Hours A Day By Telephone For The Purposes Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads Connecting To The Services Before Snowfall Occurs, Sprinkle Salt On Hills And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Each Time No Later Than 2 Hours; As Well As At Each Request Of The Employer.6) The Contractor Is On Duty 24/7 In The Period From November 1, 2026 To March 31, 2027, I.E. A Maximum Of 151 Days (In The Absence Of Winter Damage Removal Services). Remuneration For Being On Duty Will Not Be Paid For The Days On Which The Winter Damage Removal Service Will Be Provided.7) The Contractor Will Ensure Proper Organization And Coordination Of The Service By Securing The Necessary Staff And Equipment.8) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality, Timeliness And Safety Of The Service;9) The Equipment And Machines Intended To Perform The Order Should Be Kept In Constant Readiness For Operation;10) Maintenance, Repairs And Overhauls Of The Equipment Intended To Perform The Service Are His Duties.
