Basic Work On Routine Repairs And Installation Of A Diesel Boiler In The Nursery For Suppliers: 1. Carry Out Work On The Installation And Assembly Of Diesel Boiler Equipment.2. Dismantle And Subsequently Install The Circulation Pump 1 (One) Piece. The Circulation Pump Is Provided By The Customer.3. Dismantle And Install Ball Valves - 4 (Four) Pieces, With A Diameter From Dn32 To Dn40.4. Install The Chimney Pipe Ensuring A Reliable, Tight And Safe Connection.5. If Necessary, Make A New Chimney Pipe. If It Is Necessary To Replace The Chimney Pipe, First Agree With The Customer On The Following Characteristics:Color;Material Of Manufacture;Material Thickness;Pipe Diameter And Dimensions;Other Technical Characteristics.6. Check The Condition Of The Pipelines Inside The Boiler Room, Identify Possible Damage, Malfunctions And Areas Requiring Repair.7. Perform The Necessary Welding Work, Including Welding And Preparing A Section Of The Pipeline For The Subsequent Installation Of A Diesel Boiler.8. Clean The Mesh Inside The Pipeline (Filter) From Dirt, Deposits And Other Foreign Matter.9. Replace Fuel Filters - 2 (Two) Pieces.10. Perform Main Burner Maintenance Including:Cleaning The Main Burner From Contamination;Cleaning The Nozzle;Cleaning The Fuel Filter;Cleaning The Fuel Pump From Dirt And Deposits;Checking The Condition And Operability Of The Specified Elements;If Necessary, Perform Other Operations For Cleaning And Maintaining The Burner.
