The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Construction Works Designed By The Contractor Consisting In The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants (Pboś) In The Gręboszów Commune, Number Of 114 Units. Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Gręboszów Commune, In The Design And Build Formula.2.As Part Of The Execution Of This Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of 114 Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants Located In The Gręboszów Commune, Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions (Water Legal Notifications, Construction Notifications, Etc.) And Perform Authors Supervision As Part Of The Developed Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task. 2) Carry Out The Construction Of 114 Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation By The Contractor, Including: A) Delivery Of Equipment And Materials, I.E.: Delivery Of Factory-Complete Pboś (In Accordance With En 12566-3+A2: 2013) Along With Certificates, Delivery Of Sewage Pumping Stations (If Required In A Given Location), Delivery Of Additional Materials (Pipes, Fittings, Distribution Wells, Drainage Elements/Infiltration Tunnels Etc.), B) Construction And Assembly Works, I.E.: Earthworks (Excavations, Backfills, Protection, Backfilling Of Equipment), Assembly And Foundation Of Sewage Treatment Plant Tanks And Construction Of Sanitary And Electrical Connections, Construction Of Purified Sewage Disposal Systems (Seepage Drainage, Tunnels, Absorption Wells, Etc.), Restoration Of The Area To Its Original State (Planting, Topsoiling, Restoration Surfaces), - Technical And Technological Commissioning Of The Installation, - Individual Training Of All Users, - Preparation And Submission Of A Detailed Operating (Operation) Manual, C) Carrying Out An As-Built Geodetic Inventory (Separately For Each Location), Preparing As-Built Documentation And Obtaining Final Acceptance From The Investor, D) Preparing A Report After The Completion Of The Task, In Which The Contractor Will Present The Results To The Extent That Allows For The Compliance With The Sewage Treatment Parameters.
