Tenders are invited for 1000m² Sprinkler Water Supply System Non-Refundable Bid Form Fee (Rs.): 2,000.00 Bid Bond Amount (Rs.): 75,800.00 Interested bidders may obtain further details from the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Department of Agriculture (Telephone Number: 045-2222356) and may inspect the bid documents from 23/09/2026 to 06/10/2026 on working days of the week between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. and purchase the set of bid documents by submitting a written request to the address below and paying a non-refundable fee in cash and submitting the receipt. All bidders must submit an unconditional Demand Bid Security (as per the form provided) drawn up in the name of Provincial Director of Agriculture, (Sabaragamuwa), Provincial Department of Agriculture, Muwagama, Ratnapura in the relevant denomination in accordance with the procurement conditions, or the original copy of the receipt obtained by paying cash to Provincial Director of Agriculture, Sabaragamuwa as a Bid Security along with the procurement documents. The Bid Security submitted by you must be valid from 07/10/2026 to 21/01/2027. The relevant bid in the bid security must be correctly stated as supply and delivery of water supply systems. When submitting bids please read the bid forms provided by us carefully and submit your bids accordingly. All relevant conditions and details are provided with the bid documents.
