The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids To Zs In Połaniec, Zs In Staszów, Zse In Staszów As Part Of The Project Development Of Infrastructure For Practical Vocational Training In The Staszów County In The Field Of Computer Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment And A Price List Of The Offer. 1) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Arrangements With The Ordering Party. 2) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Items That Are Brand New, Of The Highest Quality, Complete, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Having Documents Required By Law, Enabling Their Safe Operation And Operation. 3) The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment With Installed Software, Which Will Be Subject To The License Terms Set By The Relevant Software Manufacturer.
