Foul-Water Piping Construction Work – Wastewater Sewerage Of Kastrup Strand And Kastrupvej (Stage 1). The Tender Includes Earthwork, Sewerage And Paving Works For The Establishment Of A Sewer Line In Søvej, Strandgården West, Strandgården East, Strand-Gården Tværvej, Kastrupvej As Well As Individual Properties On Bjergskovvej And Tobjergvej In The Area By Kastrup Strand (Stage 1). The Waste Water From The Area Will Be Diverted To Treatment At Holbæk Renseanlæg Via Cut-Off Pipelines. The Scope Of The Work Consists Of The Following Approximate Main Quantities: • Approx. 3,300 M Ø160 – Ø200 Mm Gravity Lines Incl. Associated Wells. • Approx. 2,000 M Ø110 Mm Pressure Lines. • New Culverts To Properties Incl. Dividing Wells. • Break-Up And Restoration Of Pavements Above Excavation On All Roads And Other Areas Where Wiring Systems Are Established. • Tv Inspection Of Completed Cables, Including Connecting Cables To The Separation Well. The Ordering Party Has Not Divided The Contract Into Sub-Contracts, As The Ordering Party Considers That A Division Would Result In A Number Of Inappropriate Legal And Practical Interfaces. A Detailed Description Of The Content And Scope Of The Works Appears In The Tender Documents. Application Of Section 83 Of The Public Procurement Act For Stage 2 And Stage 3: The Client Expects To Purchase Additional Tasks From The Winning Tenderer By Carrying Out A Tender With Negotiation Without Prior Announcement In Accordance With Section 83 Of The Public Procurement Act For Subsequent Corresponding Waste Water Sewerage Projects (Repeat Project) For Stage 2 And Stage 3. Prior To Awarding These Repeat Projects, Cf. Section 83 Of The Tender Act, The Client Will Publish A Prophylaxis Notice, Cf. Act On The Appeals Board For Tenders (Lbkg 2025-05-08 No. 448) § 4.
