About SPEEDUP SPEEDUP is a youth-focused project supporting green entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration across the Mediterranean. In Lebanon, INJAZ Lebanon works with associate partners providing hubs that support young people through entrepreneurship activities, networking opportunities, and the development of sustainable business ideas. Scope of Work INJAZ Lebanon is seeking a qualified professional photographer/videographer or service provider to provide photography and videography services under the SPEEDUP project, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme. The assignment will cover three SPEEDUP events in Lebanon: SPEEDUP Eco-Rally Tripoli Smart ESA Hub Networking Event Beirut ACIE / USEK Hub Networking Event Kaslik The selected service provider will be responsible for documenting the events through professional photography and videography, capturing participants, activities, key moments, interviews, networking, project visibility, and the overall event experience. The selected service provider will be expected to: Provide professional on-site photography and videography for all three events. Capture event activities, participants, partners, stakeholders, interviews, interactions, and key moments. Provide extended coverage of the Eco-Rally across multiple locations in Tripoli. Conduct and record short interviews with participants, INJAZ representatives, hub representatives, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Produce engaging edited videos suitable for social media, communication, reporting, documentation, and donor visibility. Edit and adapt videos into both horizontal (16:9) and vertical/reel (9:16) formats, as required. Provide Arabic/English translation and synchronized subtitles where applicable. Ensure compliance with INJAZ Lebanon, SPEEDUP, European Union, and partner visibility requirements. Provide all final edited materials as well as all original/raw photographs and video footage. Provide an external hard drive containing the organized raw files upon completion of the assignment. Deliverables The assignment is expected to include, at minimum: Eco-Rally Tripoli: 70100 edited photographs and 2 edited videos. Beirut Hub Networking Event: 3050 edited photographs and 2 edited videos. Kaslik Hub Networking Event: 3050 edited photographs and 2 edited videos. Overall, the assignment will result in approximately 130200 edited photographs and 6 edited videos, in addition to all original/raw photographs and video footage. The Eco-Rally requires a service provider with an adequate team capable of covering multiple locations and activities taking place simultaneously. Applicants should demonstrate: At least 57 years of relevant professional experience in photography, videography, and video post-production. Proven experience in professional event coverage and filming interviews. Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills. Experience producing both horizontal and vertical social-media content. Access to appropriate professional photography, videography, audio, and editing equipment. Capacity to work in dynamic environments and cover multiple locations. Ability to meet agreed delivery timelines and comply with branding and donor visibility requirements. Previous experience with youth, entrepreneurship, community, networking, development, or similar events is an advantage.
