The Public Order Is For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Assignment Of Development, Maintenance And Delivery Of User And Functional Licenses For The Wallstreet Suite Foreign Exchange Management System (The System), For A Period Of 4 (Four) Years. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: 1. Development Of The System As Follows: A) Modification Of Existing Bnb-Specific Developments (Csds); B) Design, Development And Implementation Of New Bnb-Specific Developments (Csds); C) Evaluation, Design, Development, Adaptation For Previous Versions (If Possible) And Implementation Of Product Extensions At The Request Of The Bnb; D) Moving To The Next Version (Upgrade) Of The Supported Software E) Configuration And Implementation Of Standard Functionalities For The Needs Of The Bnb. 2. Warranty Support Warranty Support For Any Development Of The System, Which Is Carried Out Under The Conditions And Terms Specified In The Technical Specification, Respectively In The Development Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Technical Proposal. 3. System Maintenance Maintenance Of The System, Described In Detail In Item 3.3.1. Etc. 3.3.2. From The Technical Specification, Which Is Carried Out Under The Terms And Conditions Specified Therein, Respectively In The Maintenance Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Technical Proposal. The Support Under This Point Also Covers: A) Maintenance Of Any Development Of The System, Whose Warranty Maintenance Has Expired, According To Item 3.3.3. From The Technical Specification; B) Annual Subscription (Support) For The Use Of Licenses For 10 Users (User Licenses), According To Item 3.3.4. From The Technical Specification; C) Annual Subscription (Support) For The Use Of Licenses For Functionalities Of The System (Functional Licenses), According To Item 3.3.5. From The Technical Specification. 4. Delivery Of Licenses Delivery Of Licenses With Included Support According To Item 3.4. From The Technical Specification As Follows: - For An Additional Number Of Users With Access To The System (User) And - For Additional Functionalities Of The System (Functional).
