This Request For Prequalification (Prq) Is Directed To Supply Chain Management (Scm) Consultants To Apply And Seek Pre-Qualified Status With The University Of Calgary (“University”). This Discipline Should Be The Consultant’S Core Competency, Performed By The Company’S Own Employees And Not Work That Would Normally Be Sub-Contracted Out.The Purpose Of This Prq Is To Establish A Transparent, Competitive, And Qualification-Based Roster Of Consultants With Demonstrated Capability To Support Scm Modernization Project Activities At The University. Through This Prequalification Process, Proponents Shall Demonstrate That They Have The Financial Capacity, Technical Expertise, Relevant Experience, Managerial Capability, And Project Delivery Record Necessary To Provide The Service Areas Described In This Prq.
