The Alberta Utilities Commission (Auc) Requires The Supply And Delivery Of Audio-Visual Equipment To Refresh An Existing Microsoft Teams Meeting Room At Its Calgary Office (Room 14031). The Required Equipment Consists Of A Large-Format Commercial Display And Wall Mount, A Logitech Rally Plus Video Conferencing System With A Rally Mic Pod Hub And Two Rally Mic Pods, And A Crestron 4-Series Control Processor, As Detailed In The Bill Of Materials In Section 2.1 And Priced In Attachment 1.The Aucs Meeting Room Standard Is Built On Logitech And Crestron Equipment Supported By The Aucs Existing Audio-Visual Integrator. To Maintain Compatibility And Consistency With The Existing Installed Base And To Ensure The Room Can Be Serviced Under That Standard, Substitutions Will Not Be Accepted. Proponents Must Quote The Bill Of Materials In Its Entirety; Partial Quotes Will Be Excluded From Further Consideration.Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Are Not Within The Scope Of This Rfq And Will Be Performed By The Aucs Existing Audio-Visual Integrator. Delivery Is Required At The Auc Calgary Office On Or Before December 11, 2026.
