The Whole Thing Must Be Compatible And Adapted To Work With The Offered Tractor Without The Need To Purchase Additional Elements.2. The Order Is Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 (Area Ii).3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Deliveries From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements. Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements Should Be Understood As Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party.
